RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting ‘Ishaa Art Emporium’. We want you to love your new art product, but we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• If the art product is damaged in transit.

• If an incomplete product is supplied due to an error at our end.

• If a wrong product is supplied due to an error at our end.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your art product arrives damaged, we will make it right.

• Report Promptly: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Evidence: Include clear photos of damaged product and the outer packaging.

• Resolution: We will offer a full refund or a replacement (if the item is a print or reproduction work) at no additional cost to you.

3. Replacements

• Limited Editions/Originals – Since original paintings are unique, they cannot be replaced. We will issue a full refund in this case.

• Open Edition Prints – If you received a damage in transit product or a wrong size or a wrong image, we would ship the correct item once the original item is returned or proof of error is provided. We will reverse pick the wrong product at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

• Processing – Once we receive and inspect your returns, we will notify you via email.

• Timelines – Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
