SHIPPING, PACKAGING & FRAMING POLICY

A. Shipping Policy

I. Shipping in India

1. We provide free shipping on all art products within India.

2. We work with reputed shipping partners like Bluedart, Delhivery or similar reputed courier partners for domestic Indian deliveries.

3. Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Available on Order items normally take around 10 business days of production time before these are shipped.

4. Shipped orders are normally delivered in India within 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

5. A link to track orders will be shared on email immediately after dispatch of items. Alternatively, orders can also be tracked online at www.ishaa-art-emporium.com at the specified link – Track Orders.

II. Shipping outside India

We currently deliver only within India.

B. Packaging Policy

I. Packaging Standards – Framed Art (Small & Large)

1. First layer with Glassine/Butter Paper.

2. Second layer with stretch plastic wrap.

3. Corner protection with re-enforced foam guards.

4. Multiple layers of bubble wrap as the third layer.

5. Open space between the packed art product and box filled with air cushions.

6. We ship art products in double-walled corrugated boxes.

II. Packaging Standards – Un-framed Art – Only Prints (Small & Large)

1. All art products wrapped in acid free glassine.

2. All items are rolled and shipped in heavy-duty tubes.

We use eco-friendly material wherever possible.

C. Framing Policy

I. Framing Standards – Non-archival Paper Prints

1. Frames – All frames handmade in German Pinewood, Size 1 Inch, Matte Black Finish.

2. Mat – 1 Inch wide, Off-white Color.

3. Glazing – Shatter-resistant 2.7mm Astariglas Cast Acrylic.

4. Ready to Hang – Framed pieces include pre-installed hardware to hang the art piece on the wall.

II. Framing Standards – Archival Paper Prints

1. Frames – All frames handmade in German Pinewood, Size 1 Inch, Matte Black Finish.

2. Mat – Archival quality, Acid free, Off-White. Mat width provided in framing various available archival paper print sizes is as under:

– Print Size 8×12 inches: Mat Width of 3.5 inches;
– Print Size 10×9 inches: Mat Width of 3 inches;
– Print Size 10×10 inches: Mat Width of 2.5 inches
– Print Size of 10×15 inches: Mat Width of 2.5 inches.

All archival art prints are mounted using archival, acid free tape.

3. Glazing – Shatter-resistant 2.7mm Astariglas Cast Acrylic.

4. Mounted print backed by 1200 gsm handmade acid free board.

5. Back of the print insulated with branded Tyvek paper to protect against dust & moisture.

6. Use of Polycarbonate sheet at the back of Tyvek paper again to protect against moisture.

7. Final closing with branded MDF and paper tape.

8. Ready to Hang – Framed pieces include pre-installed hardware to hang the art piece on the wall.

III. Framing Standards – Canvas Prints

1. Floater Frame handmade in German Pinewood – 0.75-inch, Matte Black finish.

2. Ready to Hang – Framed pieces include pre-installed hardware to hang the art piece on the wall.
